Marco
Founder & Principal Consultant
Marco has spent much of his career working where complex projects, technical organizations, planning systems, and operational needs intersect.
His background includes project planning and scheduling, integrated master scheduling, project controls, EVMS, schedule architecture, process development, and technical problem solving across complex environments.
Over time, that work increasingly expanded into automation, information management, software, systems integration, and AI-assisted tools—often beginning with a practical question: can this work be made clearer, more reliable, or less repetitive?
That combination of project experience and practical technology now forms the foundation of GOMar Consulting.
